Those are the no. of hours I have been spending in the lab working almost non-stop...except for a short 15 mins break for bfast...and another 30 mins for lunch...

abt the taboo word...just discussed with boss abt it this morning...i would like to appeal for it to be removed from the taboo list...boss asked me to write in to the Board of WA...

i was doing about 16hrs/day for a few days, inclusive of a 1 hr lunchbreak. that really burnt me out...
haha...then I better take a break today...wahaha...

also try not to be in the l a b when it happens lah....
